Meet Kirstin

I’m Kirstin McKinnon, a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) and a Registered Nurse (RN) based in Qualicum Beach.

With training as a Nurse Practitioner and extensive experience working one-on-one with clients, I have developed  a unique evidence-based, mind-body approach to stress therapy.

My passion is helping women break free from life’s challenges and discover their inner strength, confidence, and joy. I love getting to know people, hearing their stories, and seeing their strengths.

With over 19 years of experience and a background in nursing, counselling, and health coaching, I’ve seen firsthand the complexities and stressors of life. My approach is rooted in empathy and understanding, and I’m passionate about supporting women like you in your journey towards greater wellbeing.

I believe in your capacity to heal, grow, and change, and I’m here to guide you every step of the way. Together, we’ll explore evidence-based therapies and holistic approaches to help you achieve meaningful change and live a more vibrant, purposeful life.
